Do you have a shop where I can see your cakes and discuss my needs?
- No, we don't have a show room, we operate online. You can save your
time and see our cakes on our web site, and discuss your personal needs
over the phone.

Can I order a cake not shown on this web site?
- Yes, you can. E-mail us any ideas or pictures of cakes and we will create
a very special cake for you.

Can I pick up the cake?
- Yes , you can. Pick up is free.

How are the cakes priced? Why a small cake can be more expensive than a bigger one?
- The price of the cake depends on the size, the flavour and most importantly the amount
of work required to make the cake. Sugar flowers and figurines require a lot of time to make,
so the more flowers or figurines are on the cake, the more expensive it is going to be.
3D cakes also require a lot more skills and time to make than traditional square or round cakes.

Why do I have to pay a deposit? And what happens if I change my mind?
A 30% deposit is required when ordering a cake. Your order is not considered booked until
the deposit is received If you change your mind one week before the required date,
you can get your deposit back. However, if your circumstances change or you simply
changed your mind and have not notified us one week before the required date, then
you cannot claim back the deposit, as it has to cover all expenses that are associated
with your order.


Do you provide stands for cakes and cupcakes?
-Yes, we can provide stands for cupcakes and wedding cakes. You can either
buy them or rent. For the quote, please, contact us on vic_cakes@yahoo.com.au.
As for the special occasion cakes, they all come on the cake boards and do not
require a stand.
